Some bad moments

This is a waist of money.i was expecting the most expensive version to have all the video techniques, but you only get one and if you want more you have to pay for it. I might have as well gone to youtude for free techniques. I would have left a zero rating but it wouldnt let me post it therefor it got one start.

1 thing I like about this app is it has a timer. It also shows bag workouts. The clinch series is a little lacking and I wish there was a little more tutorial. But overall a great app for the money

I bought this app because the free version was interesting, and I wanted access to videos for the other moves listed. The first disappointment was that some of the most important and difficult ones didnt have videos, such as the flying knee and the jumping kick. Well, these are the ones we need to study. More than that, to have access to clinches and sequences we have two in-app purchases. I bought them, but the app gives an error every time I try to download. So far, I have lost my money.

This app its ok. Very basic; however, it does need a section for combos

All it is is some videos no teaching and only one video of a couple of workout types. Not pleased at all.

I have been using this app now for a week and I love it. You get a lot of great instruction and excellent technique. It is easy to use and the video gives perfect illustration on how to practice various combinations.
